Shipping Method
We only ship our products within Great Britain and are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland and EU countries at this time. Below is a table of the shipping method we use for customers:

We strongly recommend customers using Next Working Day Delivery option when ordering live plants to prevent stress on the plants.
Damages/issues to products
We want to provide the best level of service to our customers and we understand as a business damages and issues can occur. We require customers who received their delivery to inspect your products on arrival, so if there are any concerns we can rectify it as soon as possible for you. Please inspect your products for:
- Damage
- Defects
- Receiving the wrong products
- Not receiving the expected products you placed an order for
Customers who fail to report to us after inspection on arrival of their products will lose the eligibility for replacement or refund. You must report the same day you received the products.
